hot yoga

wow i did my first bikram yoga class - Saturday’s schedule is cross training. hope that counts. it was amazing. can’t wait to do it again.
today just a 2 mile run. i am leaving for new york on wednesday and have made commitments for running & yoga while I am there. I can’t afford to not keep on my schedule. Just the thought of being able to accomplish this is keeping me in line…

Run - 2 miles - 10/01/2008

not to pleased today - i have realized i don’t think i run as well inside on the treadmill. has anyone else experienced this. i also did about 30 minutes of strength training as well. tomorrow, 3 miles + strength training!

i did strength training in the am, and ran 3 miles after work. i am following hal higdon novice half marathom training schedule. i am really focused and energized…

gyms

so I just joined 24 Hour Fitness. Trying to do some cross training. If anyone out there is a novice who wants a running partner in Scottsdale, AZ., let me know. I have an easier time committing to another than to myself! Hot yoga is my next attempt on Monday……should be interesting

Hi, I just joined the Sweat365 community

I’m a woman from Phoenix AZ USA, born in 1970.

My favorite sports include: running swimming yoga walking hiking

My goals are: I would like to train for the P.F.Changs Rock n’Roll 1.2 marathon this January. Overall, get to 7-8 min mile. I would like to be stronger, more defined.

This is my training blog which I am using to keep track of my fitness progress.
