i finally did it
i ran again. i have been so unmotivated for the past 6 months - I know…I am emabarassed to even say it..I walked on Monday, ran tuesday night, and wednesday morning. I probably did too much, but it felt good…taking today off. thanks to Michele Halsne for being so supportive….more to come.

hot yoga
wow i did my first bikram yoga class - Saturday’s schedule is cross training. hope that counts. it was amazing. can’t wait to do it again.
today just a 2 mile run. i am leaving for new york on wednesday and have made commitments for running & yoga while I am there. I can’t afford to not keep on my schedule. Just the thought of being able to accomplish this is keeping me in line…

not to pleased today - i have realized i don’t think i run as well inside on the treadmill. has anyone else experienced this. i also did about 30 minutes of strength training as well. tomorrow, 3 miles + strength training!

I’m a woman from Phoenix AZ USA, born in 1970.
My favorite sports include: running swimming yoga walking hiking
My goals are: I would like to train for the P.F.Changs Rock n’Roll 1.2 marathon this January. Overall, get to 7-8 min mile. I would like to be stronger, more defined.
